Financial Business Plan
We are excited to be launching a new business, (name of business and brief description of what the company will do). With any launch, having a financial plan is one of the keys to success, and we would like to involve students in creating one for our new venture. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Learning about our business strategy from various employees to become familiar with our goals, mission, and products. Creating forecasts using Excel (or another financial software) for sales in the first year of operation as well as an income projection (conservative and aggressive). Working with our team to develop an expense budget. Conducting a break-even analysis timeline using financial projections. Reporting on projected assets and liabilities. Including visual comparisons such as graphs and charts to show the differences between the conservative and aggressive income projection.

CRM Enhancement for 33seven
33seven aims to improve its current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to better align with its business processes and enhance user experience. The existing CRM lacks essential functionalities for efficient customer data management and streamlined communication. The goal of this project is to customize and develop additional features within the CRM to address these gaps. Learners will utilize their knowledge of CRM systems, software development, and user interface design to create a more intuitive and functional platform. The project involves inputting client data, analyzing the current CRM setup, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing custom solutions tailored to 33seven's specific needs. This initiative provides learners with a valuable opportunity to engage in real-world CRM customization, enhancing their skills in software development and project management.

GTApreneurs Annual Business Expo Sponsorship and Marketing Project
The GTApreneurs Annual Business Expo is a key event that brings together businesses, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals. The goal of this project is to support the successful execution of the Expo by focusing on sponsorship acquisition and marketing strategy. Learners will work as a team to identify, contact and solicit potential sponsors and exhibitors, leveraging their classroom knowledge of marketing and business development. The project will also involve creating marketing materials and providing strategic input to enhance the event's visibility and appeal. Additionally, learners will assist with pre-event activities and contribute to the coordination of the event on the day itself. This project offers a practical opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, focusing on event marketing and sponsorship acquisition.
