33seven aims to improve its current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to better align with its business processes and enhance user experience.


The existing CRM lacks essential functionalities for efficient customer data management and streamlined communication. The goal of this project is to customize and develop additional features within the CRM to address these gaps. Learners will utilize their knowledge of CRM systems, software development, and user interface design to create a more intuitive and functional platform.


The project involves inputting client data, analyzing the current CRM setup, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing custom solutions tailored to 33seven's specific needs.


This initiative provides learners with a valuable opportunity to engage in real-world CRM customization, enhancing their skills in software development and project management.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed report outlining the current CRM limitations and proposed enhancements, a prototype of the customized CRM features, and a final presentation demonstrating the implemented solutions.


Additionally, learners will provide documentation on the customization process and user guides for the new features. These deliverables will ensure that 33seven can seamlessly integrate and utilize the enhanced CRM functionalities.
