Working with SaraLi and her team was fantastic! We had weekly meetings with the full team (in house developers and other college teams), and a few smaller meetings with just our Mohawk College team and SaraLi. No meetings were missed. We, the students, were given well thought out and planned mock-ups in Figma, and her in-house developers gave us walkthroughs of how to use Firebase, as well as using GitHub in a team setting. The experience was fantastic, and the communication between everyone was open, friendly, and efficient. We have no complaints at all about working with SaraLi and her team, and have offered to continue to help with the development of the app until next semester.

The experience of working on this project with this company has been quite fulfilling. Throughout the development process, the company's clear vision, insightful advice, and unwavering support made sure the project remained in line with customer goals and demands. The success of the mood-tracking app was largely attributed to their dedication to creativity and user-centered design. With organized channels of communication and prompt feedback that helped improve features and general functionality, the partnership went smoothly. I sincerely appreciate how everyone involved made this endeavor a meaningful and enriching experience by being professional, responsive, and cooperative.

The general process of communicating the ideology and values of the company went very well, including what the goals of the company were. Although there were some slight issues regarding technological differences and capabilities, working to resolve these issues presented a challenge of willingness to work together and a lack of professionalism concerning communication. With limited communication throughout attempting to resolve any problems, communications from the owner quickly shifted to such a manner that was overly harsh, attacking, self-centered, and disproportionate to the situation. With our team doing our best under the circumstances, this result became demoralizing when this ultimately could have been avoided through the willingness of both parties to work together to address the challenges faced and a more constructive and empathetic approach to communicating issues.

During my Fall 2024 Digital Marketing experience with Dot – Your Wellness Ecosystem, my overall experience was highly positive. Sara Li demonstrated exceptional professionalism, understanding, and responsiveness throughout the collaboration. We had two productive meetings, during which Sara provided comprehensive information about her brand. This insight proved invaluable in creating well-aligned designs that effectively represented the brand's vision and identity. Working with dot during this semester has been good. My group really learned a lot about the company and their overall goals. My group did the roadmap feature for dot and did a really good job at culminating all of information together into a really good final report.
