May 2024 - Task Manager AI Section 1 - Website Development

Our company connects fans to artists, artists to venues and all of them to vendors. We are building an entire music community and need this to be one of many parts of a whole page and community site. Part of the goal is to create an all encompassing site. This project is one section of the AI pieces that we need for this site. We will be working with students to develop an AI section that can act like an artist manager and advertising manager for musical artists. This will involve several different steps for students, including: Researching different methods of scraping data for how to solve artists needs Understanding all the issues that new artists face as they begin their journey into the music industry Help the artists learn several sections of what they need to know to become successful Implement ways for artists to accomplish these tasks even while they have limited knowledge or experience Create an AI that is part teacher, part manager, part advertising expert. Conducting research to define the best, fastest, and least resource hungry way to accomplish these tasks we do NOT have 2 years to complete this task we have months. Integrate the Python AI section into the website being built Providing training on, updating of, and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

JUNE 2024 - Website UI / UX Design & Development

Our company is in the middle of developing an entire music platform. We are looking for a team to work on the designing of the website. We have a solid development team with some great experienced developers but they need the assistance of some website designers to connect with and ensure the project flows well. We are always on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users. This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed. Identifying key areas of our current website development and what areas of focused might return the best results in the design outcome. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the main tool we currently use in the project. Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile friendly Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this

May2024 - 256bit E2E Blockchain Chat Function Resource and Design ("SESSION" APP)

We are a music platform that connects fans, venues, and vendors. We need a 100% and preferably based on blockchain 256bit E2E encrypted chat model that can have groups, individuals and also prevents even the host from watching the chat we are also looking for a way to ensure that your IP can be hidden like session chat does. We expect that it will be based on the chat model session as that is currently the only chat that implements all these facets but they do not at present have an api. The idea of building our own api or following their lead is completely fine. The requirements stay the same privacy is a key pillar of our value system and complete and total chat privacy for the owner of the chat is necessary. You and your team will need to do the research first and foremost taking into consideration the previous research done by other members and provide a very detailed overview of the plan ahead for the progression of this section of our platform. As this is such a key of our platform the research and development section of this is just as important as the development. It WILL include delving into the crypto and block chain basis of session chat seeing how they accomplish the task (as they are 100% open source) and finding how we could implement their tech or how we should develop our own so we can have as secure or MORE secure communication for our users. This should be noted as PRIMARILY A RESEARCH BASED PROJECT... If there is time AFTER the RESEARCH students will begin development on the chat backend coding that will follow the paperwork documentation that will need to be extremely detailed and clear in all sections. Documentation is ESSENTIAL and a primary need of this project. It MUST be completed in advance and during the research no matter what negative or positive end results are found they must ALL be documented so we can understand the limitations and impossibilities encountered with this project. Documentations is NOT an afterthought after coding in this situation. We would like to work with students to research and design a general chat interface. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on the session platform Research and define how we can implement the session platform within the platform Creating a very clear and well defined solution in writing for the problem so multiple teams can use the documentation to continue the project after the team has moved on. Producing a wireframe or mock-up of the resulting system’s user interface. Testing the design with users and making improvements. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Prototyping multiple possible chat function designs.

May2024 - Project Manager

We are looking for students to play a role as the student team’s project manager. A student in this position will understand the logistical aspects of the a Team Project Manager position. This position is very key in our group and must be looked at seriously by all members that apply, We are willing to look at an entire team and would prefer at least 2-3 members to spread out the duties more easily, as we do have a project development that literally runs 24/7. Students in this position will overlook the team’s project through a logistical lens Students will help facilitate the team events, meetings and individual projects. The student will play a key role in helping the CEO create a more efficient work process. The student should be able to create the following items Project Overview The student needs to connect with the CEO and Team leads to get an overview of the entire project from each member's perspective and using all the information given write a detailed overview that looks at the project from a global perspective Project Schedule The student needs to connect will all members of the various teams to understand where each section of the project is in regards to completion and issues. With the information gathered from the communication, the Project Manager needs to create a realistic Project Schedule Individual Schedule of MVPs The student needs to connect with the teams of each MVP and communicate with them to define the current position of the MVPs and the issues each may be facing and create a realistic schedule to complete each MVP Project Manager Onboarding Documentation The student needs to connect with all memmbers of all teams to go through how the onboarding process went with them and gleam how the onboarding process could be better arranged and made easier for new members. As a Project manager all these clearly defined steps should already be known by a project manager, but are placed here simply for the benefit of the Riipen group to see how the student could complete each of these tasks if they had zero experience in project management, however I do not expect someone with zero past experience in leadership or management positions would do well in this project.
