Project Goals:

  1. Promote The Training Library Membership: Increase awareness and engagement for The Training Library, a leadership development membership program designed for women leaders in the nonprofit sector.
  2. Create Evergreen Content: Develop a month's worth of high-quality, reusable content that aligns with the themes of The Training Library and can be recycled throughout the year to maintain consistent promotion.
  3. Strengthen Social Media Presence: Enhance my visibility and impact on Instagram, focusing on engaging the target audience of women leaders in nonprofits. This will help build momentum leading up to the launch of my next book in March 2025.
  4. Drive Engagement and Interaction: Encourage meaningful interactions with my target audience through visually appealing carousels, informative posts, and compelling Instagram Reels that resonate with the challenges and goals of women leaders. I aim to inspire people to "touch" my content—whether by commenting, sharing, or sending me direct messages.
  5. Build Brand Identity: Consistently reflect my brand's casual yet professional tone, fostering an emotional connection with my audience and reinforcing my identity as a trusted leadership development coach.
  6. Evaluate and Improve Content Strategy: Assess current social media strategies, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that enhance content performance and audience engagement. I'm always open to feedback and continuous learning.
